New Doctorate Degree
Grand Canyon University now has a distance learning doctorate program. The program is a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. The program does require 3 residencies to the main campus, which is in Phoenix Arizona. The program will be available sometime in May, but I think students can apply now.

But this could be a great find for those near the Arizona area who are looking for a distance learning short residency program.
