My cousin is looking to earn any low cost/short term and valid online PHD degree. She holds master’s degree and currently working with a company. Now, She plans to complete her Doctorate Online through any recognized university with low cost and minimum duration of time. Do u know any university from USA, UK, Australia, Africa or from any part of world, that is offering any low cost PhDs.

I think the cheapest route is the South African Universities. Try the University of South Africa, they offer research only doctorates and they have a Canadian representative that makes the admissions process much easier, I have actually emailed Dr. Esselen, head of the IACI and he was most helpful when explaining the admissions process and all the red tape. London South Bank University www.lsbu.edu , the University of Luton www.luton.ac.uk , and the University of Melbourne www.unimelb.edu.au all offer good dissertation only PhD programs in Political Science.
