California Miramar University is nationally accredited by DETC. If a nationally accredited degree meets your needs then go for it. Calfornia Miramar University charges $235 per credit hour and a bachelors has 120 credits, for a total thats over $28,00. I am not knocking DETC, but thats just too much, considering there are so many cheaper regionally accredited alternatives. There are other cheaper DETC accredited universities, such as Penn Foster College, Ashworth College, and Andrew Jackson University. All which allow you to make payments.

Hi,

That is quite a nice thing as your time cannot be wasted in waiting for a new session.

Thanks for the information. I really appreciate this round the year enrollment provided by California Miramar University.

Regards

There are plenty of universities that offer year round enrollment. This is not unique to California Miramar. The universities I mentioned in my previous post, all off year round enrollment, in fact Penn Foster College and Ashworth College, will allow you to start studying online, once you enroll and make a down payment.

Yes Scaredrain, there are plenty of schools/colleges which offers year round enrollment. But whether they are also accredited? As far I know CMU is accredited to DETC. Distance education allows flexibility as well as allows u to create your own schedule. Isn't it great?

The universities I mentioned are accredited by DETC. In fact even some state supported regionally accredited universities and community colleges have what is called an open and rolling admissions policy. They admit students all year round as long as there is space available. This situation is not unique for California Miramar.
