Anyone know what schools offer aviation masters degrees, partially online would be nice?

Try Embry Riddle, they offer the following Aviation related degrees online at the masters level:

Masters of Aeronautical Science
MBA in Aviation
Master of Science in Space Education

Embry Riddle has a great reputation, there is a branch campus here at the Air Force Base near where I live. I have also had several military friends attend there and they are happy with the university.

If a nationally accredited university is ok, then Everglades University offers a Masters degree in Aviation Science:
