GAO report on diploma mills
Back in 2004, the GAO issued the report on diploma mills. I think this report is filled with mistakes; there is no clear goal, nor research methodology. They surfed around the web looking for information; anyone knows the web is filled with rubbish. For instance, they see PWU CA as a diploma mill where one buys a degree for $2600. But these prices did not apply to PWU Ca at that time (they did the 'research from 2003 to 2004) but to the closed by course order PWU-HI, and PWU CA never gave up degrees for life experience. What do you think?
