If yes, could you recommend me any good acrediated university with good fees to do the DBA.

Some friend recommended University of Melbourne

Some friend recommended University of Melbourne
I know University of Melbourne, one of the top university in the world.
Unfortunately, the fee is too expensive for their DBA program.
My choice is to select one of those universities (second tier) that not belongs to group of eight.
I'm not sure anyone know about below universities::confused:

a) Southern Cross University
b) University of Newcastle
c) University of South Australia
