Spam Posts

I have noticed many spam posts in the general chat of this forum. I hope the admin is going to do something about this.

I saw you responded to a few of them. I try to ignore their stupidity and hope they will just go away. Hopefully the moderators will find this and delete the post.

I keep clicking on them by mistake and then feeling foolish. I'm not used to seeing spam in forums.

Hopefully, the administrators can get a handle on the spam postings. They are distracting and it does waste time when you really want to interact with real people who are making real comments.

Agreed.

I sense the board has only one (overworked) moderator/champion/admin.

I will also add into this category that this board and its posts should be regularly & frequently backed up. I know of this php code from another site and how easy it is to be brought down by an average skilz Hacker. I also know what a pain it is to find and repost every lost post from the Google cache.

IMHExp, one person cannot manage this whole bbs.
