I found this about Westwood on another forum:

I had looked into them as well and the price is what turned me off. It wasn't worth that much to go to school online charging more than most traditional schools.

They are investigated for irregular practices in billing, student loans, fraud and generally being all about what is not America. In other words, they are cheats.
