Hi
Lots of people on this board know plenty about psychology schools...way more than I do - but we don't sit on here 24/7 (not even me) - we have off-the net lives - at least some of us do... :-)
Patience, bro!
CalCoast is an excellent choice. If you're looking for cheap and accredited, you can get an associate's in Psych at less than $4,000 through www.ashworthuniversity.edu. Same accreditation -DETC.
Come to think of it, an associate's would also be available through many community colleges. They're all RA, many do distance-ed and they're low-priced, unless you happen to be overseas. Then, they cost more - but still in a not-too bad ballpark.
Three links you might try for a distance course through Community College are
www.maricopa.edu
www.clovis.edu
www.riosalado.edu
If you've earned an associate's through one of these schools and want to complete a bachelor's, then with the Community College degree, you can find an RA school for the completion process. Cheapest route might be to do so through the "Big 3" - all RA. www.excelsior.edu www.tesc edu and www.cosc.edu
An alternate, if you've gone the Community College route might be www.peru.edu It's about the cheapest RA distance school - other than LSU which is cheaper by the credit-hour, but offers no complete degree programs by distance.
Just be sure your first degree will take you where you want to go later.
An NA degree doesn't always mean restriction to NA schools, though...check around.
This is just a start - evrybody else feel free to jump in! :-)

I'm going through UMUC right now and they're good. For grad school, I'll be going to Fieldings University - they are APA accredited and offer many online courses as well.
