View Full Version : Liberty or NorthCentral?
Did anybody get an EdD at Liberty? I have an EdS in instructional technology, and I am considering pursuing an EdD at either Liberty or NorthCentral. I have already been accepted by NCU, but they have only transferred 12 out of 27 EdS credit hours. Liberty claims to accept all EdS credits as long as the school is accredited. Did anybody manage to transfer all of the EdS credits towards an EdD at Liberty?

Hi Miri -
Sorry I cannot answer your question directly, you may wish to also inquire at forums.degreeinfo.com too.
I however have a question........Were your parents Star Trek fans? If so, you will know what I mean, if not I'll explain.
Good Luck!

I knew that Liberty accepted Ed.S. credits from their own Ed.S. program into their Ed.D. program, I didnt know they accepted any other credits from other Ed.S. programs. I have a friend who graduated from the MBA program at Liberty and he had nothing but good positives to say about about the school.
I had inquired about their Ed.D. program last year, I didnt do it because I didnt meet the admission guidelines in time and I didnt want to devote a week each summer for residency, in a doctorate program.
Did Liberty already say they will accept all your Ed.S credits??? I would call them and find out, just to make sure.
