Is anyone overseas doing on-line classes?

I know there were a ton of people overseas enrolled through UMUC. They even had several graduation ceremonies across the globe.

I know of somebody who is overseas doing her online studies as a part of a scholarship that was granted on her. She has requirements of on the job trainings related to her studies in a few months time.
