Financial aid help?

Does anybody know of any internet sites to help you with financial aid? Perferbly understanding and what types of help are out there.

FastWeb.com gives out a lot of tips and ideas I know they have a section for online degrees as well, also Sallie Mae has lots of great info. There are a lot more though.

I am currently working with the Direct Loan Servicing Center throught the government on some loans I got through them.

You can go to almost any public library and they should have the paper forms with booklets that you can get for free in them, or any college that accepts financial aid will send you information in the mail.

Thank you, I will definetly look into these sites. I am about ready to tear my hair out. I never realized how complicated financial aid could be to understand.

It is very complicated but they do have people that you can talk to that will help you to understand that the different types of aid are for and what would be best for you. You might even be able to word directly with someone from the college that you want to go to. Check the sites out and see if they have numbers listed that you can call and also check the schools to see what steps they can walk you through.
