Methinks this is just another troll who is wandering through the message board.
Surely these people can find something more constructive to do? It is annoying to have to work around them.
Troll? :D it's RSS fees, from the U.S education department www.ed.gov (http://www.ed.gov)
It's a bot it reads an XML file and bring you news from ED.GOV
you can set it on a Vbulletin board system :rolleyes:
