Hi, I've just found the board and am hoping to meet other students who are taking classes online. I've taken distance ed classes for a few years and will hopefully complete my dual degrees in psychology and political science, minor in business administration, within the next year or so.

I am married to a wonderful husband and am the mother of 3 boys 9, 4 and 10 months. I am in my mid- late 20's, so not what would be defined as your \"typical\" college student anymore. I love playing sports, reading and watching movies.

Your turn, go ahead and tell us something about yourself.

I am considering doing my schooling on-line and found this forum. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my partner and our two youngest kids.

Hi feline, if you already have a school picked out your best bet would be to contact them and find out what they have available. Tell them what you are looking for and see what they can do to help. Or if you are just shopping around at the moment (recommend that) you can contact each of them and then find the one that you feel fits you best.

Online study from a legitimate school/institution is a great way to go for continuing on in your adult education, especially for perpetual students like me!

Anyway, I'm glad to find this site and look forward to gaining more insights on the subject.

I'm in Central Ohio. I'm a work at home mother with three little girls. I've had seven years of college but don't have a degree, much to my embarassment. I'm hoping to correct that. :)

Hello,

I'm a newbie here too. I am the mother of 3 wonderful children and I am attending Penn Foster for Court Reporting. I want to be a homebased scopist. I already have a few jobs working from home but looking for something more steady.
