Try Western Governor's University, you pay per semester and not per class. They are regionally and nationally accredited. I am not sure how fast they are, but its a competency based program and you earn IT certifications as you progress through the classes:

The quickest masters I have seen is at AIU Online which allows a student to earn a masters with in 10 months, you take 1 course per month, the cost is not cheap, around $30,000 not counting books.

Cool Would It Be Heresy ...

if I were to post a weblink for my degreeinfo thread on MBAs in IT?

Or should I physically hand-scribble that list and replicate it over here?

International University of Business and Law

Law or Business I think its better to study in the country of residence.

IT i think can be learned in any advanced country.

Has DL classes leading to Masters degree in IT.
They have English option.

The cost is 1/10 of what you will pay in many other universities.
